Cornhole, a game deeply rooted in American culture, has started to make waves across Europe, thanks to Wicked Wood Games. As they embarked on their mission to popularize cornhole in Europe, we at AstonicLabs were thrilled to partner with them, enhancing their webshop to boost sales and expand their reach.

The Project

Wicked Wood Games had a clear vision: to be the premier supplier of Cornhole gear in Europe. Starting in the Netherlands, they’ve now expanded their footprint to Belgium, Germany, and beyond. Our challenge? To refine their Shopify-based webshop, ensuring it not only looked appealing but also functioned seamlessly for their growing European audience.

Our Mission

Our goal was straightforward yet ambitious: to revamp Wicked Wood Games’ website to eliminate hickups for potential customers, and boost conversion. We aimed to create a webstore that would entice potential customers, making it effortless for them to navigate, understand the products, and make a purchase.

Next to that they also wanted to have a separate webpage for their Cornhole Clinics. This page had to contain information about the clinics that they do next to selling Cornhole items.

• Multi-language Support: Catering to 10+ European countries, ensuring every visitor feels at home.
• Optimized Product Page: Designed with conversion in mind, making it easier for customers to make a purchase.
• Design Aesthetics: Crafted in Figma, the designs are modern, user-friendly, and align with the brand’s identity.

Tech Stack

This webshop is built in Shopify, a world leading e-commerce platform. This required us to work in different code languages and frameworks. We’ve used Javascript, HTML & CSS and Liquid (by Shopify) in this project.
